How do I choose my size?

When will my order arrive?
Preparation generally takes 2–4 business days after payment, followed by an estimated 7–15 business days in transit. Estimates depend on destination, carrier and customs. See Shipping & Delivery.
Where is my tracking information?
Use the tracking link in your shipping email. If you cannot find it, visit Track Order or contact us with your order number.
Can I change my order?
Email support@costcko.com as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once fulfillment has started or the parcel has shipped.
What if the fit is not right?
Eligible returns can be requested within 30 calendar days of delivery. Keep shoes in their original condition and try them indoors first. See our Return & Refund Policy.
What if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact support@costcko.com with your order number and photographs if available. Keep the item and packaging while we review the issue.
