Order preparation
Generally 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed.
Estimated transit
Generally 7–15 business days after dispatch. Preparation and transit are separate.
Destinations & charges
Available destinations, shipping charges and taxes collected by us are displayed at checkout. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates; weather, holidays, carrier operations and customs may affect delivery. Any import charges collected separately by local authorities depend on the destination.
Tracking
Shipping confirmation and available tracking details are sent after dispatch. Allow time for the carrier’s first scan. Visit Track Order if you need help.
Address corrections
Email support@costcko.com promptly if you need a correction. Changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment starts or after dispatch. We will discuss options and any reshipping costs for parcels returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address.
Delays or delivery problems
If dispatch is delayed beyond the stated processing period, we will contact you with an updated estimate and available cancellation or refund options. For a missing or damaged parcel, contact us with your order number and keep packaging and photographs where possible so we can investigate.
